These are AMAZING, and seriously good for you. All natural ingredients (like 3..pumkin seeds, cane sugar and sesame seeds). High in protein and fibre, they are fairly reasonable in calories so they fill you up and leave you satisfied. In fact, I find that half a serving with some berries was a good pre or post workout snack option. Plus they are nut free so a great snack option for the kids to take to school too.
