Love Grown Super Oats

These oats are amazing, super high in nutrients and a great source of slow burning carbs. I eat them almost everyday for lunch as my “starchy carb” because I usually do another cardio session in the evening and need the fuel for later. I add Cocoa Powder and Chocolate Donut flavouring and its like my dessert.  When your trying to make healthy changes, its the little things (like chocolate oats) that will help you get through the day feeling fueled and satisfied.
