Wrist Grips

I prefer Versa Grips for wrist/grip support when I’m lifting heavier weights using machines or free weights, since I have weak wrists, they allow me to focus on the movement, not on my grip slipping.

 

 

 

When it comes to performing exercises like pull ups, or when using cables, I really like using The Natural Grip, as they prevent my hands from slipping but without the extra bulkiness of the padding and straps at the wrist.
