Pull Up Bands – (heavy duty resistance bands)

I first starting using these at cross fit to assist me with pull ups. I bought my own so I could take them to my regular gym when it was back day to try and work on my pull ups. There are many uses for these bands other than pull ups but they are a great addition to your home arsenal of fitness products. They come in a variety of sizes to give you different levels of resistance. Since not all gyms seem to have them readily accessible, its nice to have your own handy if you know you are going to be working on the art of mastering the pull up (I’m still working on it!).
