Ok, so if I posted pics of every colour of shoe I actually have of this style, my husband might have a stroke…LOL. I absolutely love these shoes for training in the gym, doing circuit/interval training, on the stationary bike, lifting weights, cross fit type workouts, and using any type of cardio equipment or when doing floor work. They are often showcased as a running shoe, which I don’t use them for. I prefer a more cushioned sole for running, but for everything else, they are my number one go to. The lightweight sole gives you enough support for circuits/interval training activities and they are lightweight so when doing plyometric actives (box jumps etc.) they aren’t heavy and move with you instead.
